Coconut Island is located 500m off Phuket’s central east coast, in the year round sheltered waters of Phang-Nga Bay- one of the world’s most beautiful seascapes and boating playgrounds.

Coconut Island has been spared from the overdevelopment that afflicts parts of Phuket. The island still possesses the charm of an unspoiled tropical island, with a jungle interior and palm-fringed sandy beaches that meet with the waters of Phang Nga Bay.

 

Ao Phang-Nga National Park, famous as the locale for James Bond movies, is a maritime wonder filled with sunken caverns, dramatic limestone karsts and islets that loom out of the emerald waters. The large warm, sheltered bay bids smooth sailing, swimming and snorkelling all year round, and allows easy access to marine parks further afield, such as the Tarutao and Similan islands.

When it’s time to go into Phuket you simply board one of our 24-hour water taxis that whisk you away to the Phuket-side Laem Hin dock in only 5 minutes. You can be in the heart of Phuket Town within 20 minutes of locking the door of your private island resort villa!

Water Taxi

 

The Village Water Taxi service provides safe passage for our guests to/from Leam Hin and The Village resort. There will be times due to low tides when the service will use the local pier on Coconut Island where Village transport will be standing by to take you to your villa/suite.To ensure a swift and efficient service for you and your party please refer to the time table and make sure you are at the end of the relevant pier at the appointed time.

 

After 2345 the service is [currently] free and provides an 'on demand' crossing to the local pier with tuktuk transfer back to the resort. You might find the Water Taxi driver 'resting' on The Village Cat. If you have any problems please do not hesitate to contact the front office on 0813262703.

 

We run a daily trip to Kho Rang and Kho Kai. At Kho Rang you can stop and spend a relaxing 3 hours on the beach, and use the facilities including the restaurant. For those going on to Kho Kai for snorkling and lunch, we provide all relevant equipment and will return to Kho Rang at 1500 hours to collect fellow guests and return to The Village at 1530 hours.

จากสนามบิน ขับรถตามเส้นทางหลวงหมายเลข 402 เจออนุสาวรีย์ให้ตรงมาตลอดเส้นทาง ด้านซ้ายของถนน คุณจะผ่านศาลเจ้าท่าเรือ, ภูเก็ต โบ้ทลากูน จนกระทั่งเห็นวัดสะปำ จากวัดสะปำประมาณ 500 เมตร เลี้ยวซ้ายเข้ามาที่ซอยแหลมหิน ขับรถเข้ามาจนสุดซอย เส้นทางเดียวกับร้านอาหารแหลมหินซีฟู้ด โรงแรมจะอยู่สะพานแยกด้านซ้ายมือของร้านอาหาร โดยมีป้ายบอกทางตลอดเส้นทาง
