The Island

Site location
Coconut Island is located 500m off Phuket’s central
east coast in the year-round sheltered waters of Phang-Nga
Bay, an area of renowned natural beauty and sailing opportunities.
To date, the
island has been spared from any significant development
and remains a picturesque Thai island with thick jungle interiors,
virgin palm-fringed beaches and azure waters. The site of The
Village Coconut Island boasts a 500m stretch of this priceless
sandy coastline.

Ao Phang-Nga National Park, as seen in James Bond movies,
is a geological wonder filled with sunken caverns and
dramatic limestone karsts and islets that loom out of the emerald
waters. This magical seascape is only 20 miles north of Coconut
Island. The warm, sheltered bay, bids smooth sailing, swimming
and snorkelling all year round, and allows easy access to marine
parks further afield such as the Tarutao islands or
the Similans.
Unrivalled privacy and security
Island properties are uniquely exclusive offering levels of
peace, privacy and security that mainland properties cannot
rival. The Village Coconut Island will be limited to residents
only, thus strengthening the security and privacy that buyers
savour.
Just
a 3-minute water-taxi journey connects the Village’s
own pier to Phuket’s Laem Hin pier, ensuring easy access
to Phuket amenities at any time of day or night. |
