Style
The elegant, curvaceous roof designs of these Thailand luxury villas are derived from Thai architecture. This enhances our Phuket resort ambience, creating harmony between the villas, resort buildings and the natural surroundings. The design concept of The Village accentuates the luxury of living on a private tropical Thai island, yet maintains western standards of functionality. Land plots range in size from 380 to 1600 square metres and our architects have focused on maximizing the size of the villa living areas, particularly the bedrooms and master suites.
Our design concepts are formulated to allow for the ultimate in amenities and facilities at The Village Coconut Island.

Beach Front
Our beachfront luxury villas are the prime locations at The Village. Each pool villa will reside on a sizable land plot and enjoy direct beach frontage with stunning views of Phang Nga bay.
The beachfront villas are currently under construction and are scheduled to be completed by summer 2008.
Sea View
 Sea view luxury pool villas are set back from the beach and enjoy greater privacy than beachfront villas. Sitting higher up to better facilitate unimpeded water sightlines, they enjoy stunning views of Phang Nga bay and its fabulous limestone karsts.
The sea view villas are currently under construction and are scheduled to be completed by late summer 2008.
Water Front
 The later phases of the site will be gathered around a
system of canals, streams and ponds that meander around
several residential islands, several villas will even have
their own island!
