In conceptualizing The Village Coconut Island, we wanted to create a truly unique, privately owned residential estate consisting of Thailand luxury villas. Designed as a watersports resort, The Village focuses on aquatic pursuits more so than most Phuket resorts. Consultation and care has resulted in the development of an eco-friendly system of canals, streams and ponds that meander around the villa islands. The pool villas and central area buildings are situated around waterways, whether on the islands, on hillside areas of the development, or with direct beach frontage. Every villa in this Phuket resort enjoys its own unique relationship with water and sea views.

Classic Design
These Thailand luxury villa designs feature the ageless beauty of Thai architecture. The tropical home designs incorporate a classic Thai longtail boat roof crafted with quality materials for long lasting quality. Sizes vary from 140 square metre, two-bedroom villas to 305 square metre, five-bedroom villas. Owners can, of course, customize the design to their personal taste on villas bought off plan.
Boating
The Village Coconut Island will be a complete Thailand resort for boating. Boat enthusiasts can dock at the private pier, then store their boats at our “rack and stack” quick boat launch facility. No need to pay fees at expensive marinas!
