Village Estates will secure and maintain the individual villas and common areas of the Phuket resort. The management team will also administer the rental programme, generating returns for participating villa owners. They will also manage the tenant stays and oversee owner usage.
The Owner usage programme allows any owner who participates in the rental programme to use their villa for up to 60 days per year. |
