In-house services can be arranged for whatever owners require, from a few hours every week to full-time staffing. The Village management team will supervise the staff so that owners need not worry about domestic affairs.

Watersports

The waters surrounding Coconut Island are sheltered all year round for excellent swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving and sailing. Phuket’s tropical climate maintains a pleasant average of temperature 27 degrees Celcius all year, making it ideal for adventurous and nature-loving owners who dream of an exciting island lifestyle.

Phang Nga

Just 20 miles north of Coconut Island is Ao Phang-Nga National Park. It is a geological wonder filled with islets, sunken caverns and dramatic limestone karts that rise vertically out of emerald waters.

With its own pier and boat storage facility, The Village owners are in a unique position to explore this remarkable location. The rack and stack boat storage facility allows owners to dry dock their boat when not in residence. When they return, their boat can be easily launched and ready for new adventures.
