The winner will be drawn at random within 4 weeks of the closing date and will be notified within 14 days of the draw taking place. The winner is required to contact The Village to confirm acceptance of their prize within 14 days of notification. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified period, or if the person is not contactable, The Village reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.
By entering the competition, the winner consents to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion, and for his/her name and county to be used for publicity purposes by The Village in printed and/or online formats.
Further terms and conditions
• Only one entry per person allowed.
• The prize can be used from May 31st 2010 and November 1st 2010
• The prize consists of accommodation in a one bed pool villa at The Village Coconut Island Resort. No cash alternative will be offered. The prize cannot be exchanged or sold to a third party.
• Any other costs and responsibilities not specifically associated with each Prize are the responsibility of the winners.
• The prize is non-transferable.
• Open to adults aged 18+.
• It is a condition of entry that the terms and conditions of the prize draw are accepted as final and that entrants agree to abide by the rules. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The Village will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, postal / transmissiondelays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances The Village reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
• Flights, transfer’s and food and paid activities are not included within the prize.
• The prize is for 4 persons, any extra beds will be charged for at the normal Village rates.
• The Competition closes at 28 Feb 2010. Entries received after this closing date will not be processed.
