The Villas
The project can be segmented into 3 phases, Phase 1 consists of the 40 beachfront and sea view villas that are aligned along the beach. Phase 2 are the Hotel Jacuzzi suites, and Phase 3 are the 2 bed villas that are to be constructed on the hillside most with views over Phang Nga bay.
Of the completed Phase 1 villas, only 5 remain available for purchase. The Phase 2 Suites and Phase 3 2 bed villas are available now, the latter being ‘off plan’ and are due to be completed by mid, to late, 2011
