Efficient resort management and maintenance are essential to protecting owners’ investments. The management plan proposed by Village Estates for The Village is comprehensive and focused in the following key areas:

	External area maintenance (Central areas, Villa etc.)
	Villa internal maintenance
	Resort services
	Letting and Rental Management
	Site security, transport etc.

The costs for maintaining the site will be budgeted annually, in direct proportion to the floor area of each villa type.

Your Property Investment

The Village rental scheme ranges from sourcing holiday customers through to managing their stays. The management will ensure the villas are maintained and generate the best possible yield.

For this the management company will earn a share of the rental receipts.

Villa Owner Usage

Owners may use their villa for a total of 60 days in a 12 month period, split equally over high and low season. There will be a late booking scheme to enable owners to use the villa for more than the 60 days.

Owners book their holidays in their villas in the same way as customers. Owners may sell their personal use time through the management company and for this they will receive a commission; however owners may not let their time privately.

While in residence, owners will pay a small fee to cover the maid, linen and cleaning costs.
