Sizes vary from 140 square metre, 2 bedroom villas to 305 square metre, 5 bedroom villas. Plans are in place for a further phase of 1 storey 2 bedroom pool villas.

The Village, Coconut Island is the penultimate Thailand resort for boating. Boating enthusiasts can dock at the resort's own private pier. The Village, Coconut island also has its own "rack and stack" facility on site, enabling the storage of your boat safely once you return home.
