Coconut Island Developments Managing Director, Chris Gordon, former Managing Director of Sunsail, brings extensive experience in watersports resorts operation and construction experience stemming from his successful completion of a residential project in Khao Lak.

Mark Ashman, Project Manager, and Jay Walker Sales & Marketing Manager worked with Chris for 10 years developing the Sunsail watersports resorts. Mark was responsible for resort management and various construction and renovation projects, Jay was responsible for successfully setting up and managing a number of Sunsail’s largest watersports resort.

The project architect for The Village, Coconut Island, East West, has superior design and project management experience at a number of  prestigious resort and residential projects throughout the far east.
