Final Payment
Final payment or balance must be paid within 30 days of the guest's arrival or the booking will be deemed to be null and void.

Cancellation

Up to 29-15 days	Full refund except for the 10% deposit
Up to 14-7 days	No refund for the stay

The remaining deposit paid will be paid back to the booker within 30 days of notification of cancellation. A cancellation reference number must be quoted for cancellation to be valid. All cancellations must be made in writing to the resort and will be acknowledged within 48 hours by the resort. Only the original booker may make the cancellation and the booking number must be quoted in the correspondence. Written notification includes post, fax, email and written notification delivered in person. Text messages or phone calls do not constitute confirmation of a cancellation.
