Management Team
Experienced resort management 
The management team, Village Estates, previously owned and managed the largest water sports holiday company in the world: Sunsail.
At Sunsail they developed, marketed and managed 18 water sports resorts throughout Europe and the Caribbean before selling it to First Choice PLC, one of the largest international tour operators.
Construction management
The Village is the second residential development for the development team. The success of their Khao Lak development endowed the team with invaluable local knowledge.
The Project
 The Village is positioned on a pristine, 550-metre beach. Villas have either beach frontage or water frontage. The rear of the site is interspersed with islands and waterways to provide access to the water from every villa. In addition, most of the villas enjoy stunning views of Phang Nga Bay.
 There are 112 villas with 2-5 bedrooms and 30 stunning 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Each luxury villa has its own infinity edge pool sized from 40 square metres. Villas are designed with curvaceous Thai roofs and have spacious interior floor plans to facilitate a luxury lifestyle. |
