The Village Coconut Island is comprised of 112 two-to-five bedroom luxury pool villas and 30 1-2 bedroom apartments. Each of the five-star properties offers direct beach access, with some enjoying water frontage.
Construction of The Village Coconut Island is being handled by a local company experienced in constructing Thailand resort properties and Phuket luxury villas. Luxury villas are finished according to the best European standards, with many imported materials and the finest fixtures and fittings.
The Village Centre will consist of a range of amenities and facilities worthy of Thailand’s premier resort property.
