We believe we have developed and operate a programme which appreciates valuable relationships.
Once you are a member you will be able to access a member’s only page on our web site www.thevillage-coconutisland.comby using your unique access membership number.
Best price guarantee
The Village People guarantees that the rate offered to members, making a booking via the special reservation form on the member’s page, will be the best available rate at that particular moment.
Therefore, you will notfind a better rate available on any other booking channel, however if you were to find a lower rate, it would be promptly offered to you, minus 5%.
The Village People Loyalty card
We would also be delighted to provide you with our loyalty card valid for all future stays
For every night you stay at The Village you will be awarded 100 loyalty points, and having collected 1000 points, you will be entitled to one FREE overnight stay at The Village. What’s more, we’ll start by rewarding your recent stay.
If you would like to join The Village People please contact us, and a Loyalty programme membership number will be sent to you, to be used when next you book. A loyalty card will be available when you next check in.
What’s more you can obtain extra points by arranging for friends and family to make bookings to stay at The Village, in the same way as you book, quoting your Membership number. You will receive 100 points per night that your friends and family book. Obviously, if they subsequently join The Village People, all their future stays will be credited to their own loyalty card. The best price guarantee is also extended to friends and family that book via the above method.
